Many Indians or Pakistan people. So noisy by the water pump all night. Facilities is too poor. Bath room is very old and have no hanging or place for bath foam at all. Totally disappoint in service quality and environment.

14th Family visit to Thailand but few days always stay in TEN Stars INN .this was 7th time . Perfect location for shoppers / good connectivity to allplaces in Bangkok . 15 minutes walk on sky walk you can reach all malls . nice safe place , AC good in deluxe room which we book , lively food stalls/ restaurants tii 1 am . Clothes etc stalls/ shops start at 5 am . No vulgarity / Pimping area , safe for family with kids

The rooms (I booked two rooms) I got in first floor had no elevators. We carried our baggage by ourselves.On the way we passed common toilets and which comes bad smells. No towels water bottles nothing After request it comes one hour later When we entered the room very bad toilet smell too inside room. So we returned to our next room and stay it and slept in shift basis. EVEN I requested to change room or check the toilet they never attended. When I went for breakfast no plates available and wait nearly 15 minutes Very very bad hotel I experienced and never recommended. The first time I experience such poor quality hotel

Not very security dark is to not sleep well and noisy at night street. Bathtub plug was not in I stayed in deluxe room. Breakfast is less drink even small number of articles. Erebeta is crowded always only one without. The number of TV channels are often, but not see the NHK premium. The room has a safe deposit box there is free water and tea set.

Air conditioner is too noisy. Bathroom is dirty. Room space is enough ( I stayed in Deluxe Room ). But the sound from outside can be heard from inside. Staff is friendly. Standard breakfast but quite enough for me. The reason I choose this hotel is because the good location in Pratunam area.

Stayed at this hotel several times over last few years.Budget hotel pretty good value. Deluxe room on 8th floor are good value and quite comfortable.Complimentary breakfast is adequate.Overall I am satisfied with this hotel.Hotel is popular,staff are busy and a little bit of patience is required

Please provide free wifi service for guest. At least in lobby. I asked for refill mineral water from the restaurant, but they didn t allowed me. It s just mineral water. Why the hotel couldn t provide ?
